# Boards

## **What are Boards?**

Boards are like a lego playground in Sparky, where Sparky helps you piece together exactly what you want.

Boards offer deep insights into tagged content, unlocking more possibilities for all types of recording. All you need to do is record. Simply jot down things in your mind and don’t forget using tags. Leave the rest to Sparkly.

### **Types of Boards**

### **Text Boards**

The Text Board focuses on summarizing and organizing your text-based content.

Based on the tags you've linked to in the Text Board, Sparky will sort and analyze all the content associated with those tags, summarizing the topics or keywords you're interested in, and offering further insights and reflections on each topic.

We will continue to develop more use cases and templates for the Text Board.

### **Chart Boards**

The Chart Board focuses on extracting and presenting data.\
Using the tags you've linked to in the Chart Board, Sparky will extract and analyze the data from your entries, automatically calculating and syncing it for display in the chart.\
With the charts, you can easily track and manage information such as:

* Trends, like weight, mood, or calorie intake
* Category statistics, like spending summaries or emotion classifications
* Progress tracking, like weight loss records or goal completion rates

We will add more flexibility and visually appealing display options for the Chart Board, along with additional useful templates.

## Create Boards

First, choose or create matching tags to your content.

Next, determine whether you want to focus on text content or more data-oriented content.

We highly recommend starting with **Templates**.
